Shipping and Refund Policies
Shipping Policy
Prints and other physical products are usually shipped within 1-4 weeks depending on the item.
We use UPS as our main shipping company and we always provide a link for tracking. When the shipped item is transferred to a local shipping company the tracking link will sometimes no longer be showing the actual status of the shipment. Please allow at least two weeks before contacting us.
If you experience a damaged package, please take a picture and send it to us for further advice.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Undelivered packages
If a carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we'll issue a full refund of the ordered items (shipping charges will not be refunded).
We automatically begin processing a refund in cases of undeliverable packages. Typically, all undeliverable packages are returned to our office within 15-30 days. Once we receive the package, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy on physical products, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@zacharyrich.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
